Job Description

Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Boise, Idaho. As a Marketing Coordinator for the National Guard Connectedness and Relationship Education System, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing a national communication strategy, including branding and messaging for the system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a national communication strategy, including branding and messaging for the system.
  • Establish and maintain program information on social media sites, ensuring timely posting and engagement.
  • Provide input on marketing strategies, analyzing market segments to optimize resource placement and increase visibility on social networking pages.
  • Prepare marketing and outreach plan reports, graphs, and charts, managing databases and records to track progress and goals.
  • Create custom graphic design elements for social media accounts, websites, and other materials.
  • Develop and build partnerships with states, media organizations, and centers of influence to maximize advertising and marketing efforts.
  • Attend conferences and seminars to facilitate communication flow and support personal and professional development.
  • Develop and expand social media outreach and marketing, including creating a NG CARES website and Army 365 SharePoint page.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communication, or Public Relations.
  • 1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, public engagement, or a related field, preferably in government or military sectors.
  • Experience using social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, as well as design experience with Canva and/or Adobe Suite.
  • Working knowledge of general technology applications, social media platforms, and mobile applications.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to respectfully and effectively work with a diverse range of people.
  • Ability to continually learn and adapt as job requirements change and new opportunities arise.
