About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Integrated Building Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project estimating and planning to ensure deadlines are met and costs are within budget
  • Determining resources (labor, equipment, and materials) from project start to finish
  • Overseeing and managing field personnel and subcontractors daily
  • Ensuring accuracy and consistency, maintaining, meeting, or exceeding construction standards and codes
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships to secure future work
  • Continuously searching for new opportunities to grow the business
Requirements
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience working for an electrical design build contractor
  • Thorough knowledge of NFPA 70 and 70E
  • Proven track record of delivering on-time and profitable projects
  • Creativity, influencer, humor, travel, financial literacy, group presentation skills, and account management skills
  • Meticulous work habits, including close attention to detail, time management, people skills, problem-solving skills, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to effectively communicate and present technical information verbally and in writing
