LPN Homecare Opportunity

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to Pediatric and Adult patients in their own homes. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and making a positive impact in our communities.

About the Role:

As an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, utilizing your clinical skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. You will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders, assessing signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, and collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data and information from healthcare members and documenting actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to be currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which you will practice, have a current TB or Chest X-Ray, and a current BLS card. One year prior professional nursing experience is preferred.
