- Manage multiple architecture projects at various stages
- Lead and mentor assigned staff
- Consult with clients and participate in design decisions
- Prepare contract documents and coordinate project schedules
- Oversee project completion to ensure profitability
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture minimum
- 7+ years of experience in a project management or similar role
- Licensed Architect in the state of Florida or the ability to become licensed within 6 months
- Advanced knowledge of REVIT and Microsoft Suite
- Understanding of building design, including engineered systems
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Self-starter, team player with strong client relationship skills
The salary for this position is $120,000 (DOE), with a generous bonus structure and a safe harbor 401K plan with 100% vesting after 90 days. Additional benefits include relocation fee availability, flexible working hours with one remote day per week after 6 months, and more.
