Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple architecture projects at various stages
  • Lead and mentor assigned staff
  • Consult with clients and participate in design decisions
  • Prepare contract documents and coordinate project schedules
  • Oversee project completion to ensure profitability
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture minimum
  • 7+ years of experience in a project management or similar role
  • Licensed Architect in the state of Florida or the ability to become licensed within 6 months
  • Advanced knowledge of REVIT and Microsoft Suite
  • Understanding of building design, including engineered systems
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Self-starter, team player with strong client relationship skills
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $120,000 (DOE), with a generous bonus structure and a safe harbor 401K plan with 100% vesting after 90 days. Additional benefits include relocation fee availability, flexible working hours with one remote day per week after 6 months, and more.
