Integrated Care Psychologist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Geisinger Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to our patients and members, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. A competitive salary of $90,000 per year, plus benefits, is offered to attract top talent.
About the JobThe Behavioral Health Specialist will work in collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient. This may include individual, group, and family therapy, as well as consultation and education to promote patient understanding and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote improved functioning and symptom resolution
- Provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Master's degree in social work (required)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania (required)
- At least 2 years of experience in primary care or medical settings (desired)
