Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Active Living Program Director to plan and execute engaging social activities within and outside the community.
  • Deliver vibrant cultural, physical, intellectual, educational, spiritual, social, service/volunteering, and special interest activities based on resident needs and input.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, meals, laundry, and general care, ensuring their dignity and comfort are maintained.
  • Act as a concierge, fulfilling customer-driven requests for services typically found outside the community.
  • Coordinate meal delivery and maintain cleanliness, customer service, and proper delivery standards in the dining room or through room service.
  • Participate in kitchen cleaning and storage activities.
  • Ensure the upkeep of resident apartments and common areas, maintaining cleanliness, neatness, and sanitation.
  • Support the physical upkeep and maintenance of building(s) and surrounding property, adhering to safety and fire regulations and applicable codes.
  • Welcome visitors at the front desk, answer phone calls, and maintain the front office area's organization and appearance.
What We Offer:
