Employment Type: 0.9 FTE, Work Shift: Day, Schedule: 12 consecutive hours with weekly overtime exceeding 40 hours.

Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated RN to become part of our exceptional hospital-based team. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to apply your specialized training, expertise, and nursing care within a collaborative framework.

Key Responsibilities

Organize patient care by effectively prioritizing, delegating, delivering, and continuously evaluating care. Utilize your nursing education and experience to provide care in accordance with hospital policies, procedures, and protocols. Collaborate with the nursing team to enhance the overall quality of care, patient satisfaction, and cost efficiency. Promote a learning environment for patients, families, nursing staff, and healthcare team members. Advocate for ethical and holistic care, ensuring the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from various ethnic and social backgrounds.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire; RN with 25+ years of service may be considered in lieu of educational agreement. Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) is preferred. Current Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN) is required. Current CPR certification at the Health Care Provider level is mandatory. ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP certification, as required by the facility or department. Certification in a specialty area is preferred. A minimum of one year of experience in an acute care setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, retirement benefits, and paid time off. In accordance with various pay transparency laws, we provide a competitive compensation range for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $78.75 USD. However, compensation is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, experience level, and certifications or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will align with the appropriate step on the pay scale based on the applicant's years of experience.
