  • Customer Engagement: Providing exceptional customer service is paramount. The SA will engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing inquiries and offering assistance as needed.
  • Merchandising: The SA is responsible for maintaining visually appealing displays and ensuring that merchandise is organized and readily available. This includes restocking items and rearranging displays to attract customer interest.
  • Inventory Management: Understanding inventory zones and maintaining appropriate stock levels is crucial. The SA will ensure that all items are tagged correctly and rotated in accordance with store policies.
  • Community Relations: The SA will positively interact with all customers, addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism and respect. Documentation of interactions and issues is necessary for effective communication with management.

Physical Requirements:
