Eye Care Opportunity

As an Independent Optometrist at Walmart, you will be responsible for patient care in eye and vision care as well as general health and well-being. You will have the autonomy to establish your days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule.

You can also opt into equipment and instrumentation, administrative and/or Opt-Tech support services, and general liability and professional liability insurance.

  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
  • Valid state optometry license
  • Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) degree from an accredited school
  • Valid state ophthalmology license
  • General Liability Certificate
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
  • W-9
