Tennis Director

Genesis Health Clubs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tennis Director to lead our tennis programs and operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our tennis business, improve member satisfaction, and increase revenue.

• Develop and implement tennis programs and services to meet the needs of our members
• Manage and supervise a team of tennis professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our tennis facilities, including courts, equipment, and amenities
• Develop and manage budgets for tennis programs and services
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and member participation
• Collaborate with other departments to promote tennis programs and services to members
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in tennis programming and operations

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in tennis programming and operations, preferably in a management role
• USPTA and/or PTR certification, with a strong rating preferred
• College degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and financial management skills
