Responsabilidades Principales

  • Coordinar las operaciones diarias del área de atención al cliente y la cocina
  • Participar en el reclutamiento, capacitación y gestión del personal
  • Supervisar el inventario, la limpieza y la eficiencia general del café
  • Fomentar relaciones con clientes, personal y proveedores
  • Asegurar que se cumplan los objetivos financieros mediante una gestión adecuada
  • Brindar apoyo durante períodos de alta demanda y escasez de personal
  • Asistir en actividades de catering y venta al por mayor
  • Mantener altos estándares de higiene y seguridad

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en manejo de efectivo y gestión financiera
  • Habilidades demostradas en liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos
  • Capacidad para mejorar procesos operativos
  • Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de toma de decisiones
  • Dominio de herramientas informáticas
  • Se prefiere experiencia previa en un rol similar
