About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our team as a Home Based Clinician. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to children, adults, and families in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based treatment methodologies to clients in their homes, ensuring effective implementation of treatment plans and programming.
  • Work closely with the Program Director and other team members to ensure seamless coordination of services and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to share their concerns and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve services and outcomes for clients.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field, valid under NH state guidelines.
  • Two years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, youth, and families in a home or community setting, preferred.
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle; proof of insurance is required.
