Job Description:
This role is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and driving sales growth through effective team management and execution of business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Foster a positive atmosphere by delivering top-notch customer service, addressing concerns promptly, and providing solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Team Leadership: Develop and empower a high-performing team by conducting regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize ordering processes to ensure efficient stock management and compliance with health regulations.
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing staff schedules, coordinating tasks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Sales Growth: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase revenue, improve profitability, and enhance market share.
- Training and Development: Deliver comprehensive training programs to new hires, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee food safety, freshness, and presentation, meeting company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control labor costs, manage inventory expenses, and maintain accurate financial records to ensure budgetary adherence.
- Store Maintenance: Oversee store appearance, including cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing circumstances, such as unexpected customer demands, equipment failures, or supply chain disruptions.
Requirements:
- Age: 18 years or older
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in fast-food management, customer service, or related field
- Language Skills: Fluent English language proficiency; ability to communicate effectively with employees, customers, and vendors
- Certifications: Food safety certifications (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe)
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly in response to customer needs
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
