Pitching Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced pitching specialist to join our team at South Wake Sports Academy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert pitching instruction to players aged 8-18.
• Develop and implement customized strength and conditioning programs to enhance player performance.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop personalized training plans.
• Maintain accurate records of player progress and communicate effectively with parents and coaches.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a pitching coach or instructor.
• Advanced knowledge of pitching mechanics, hitting techniques, and strength and conditioning principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
