Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Food Runner at Upstream Brewing Company. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service by delivering food orders promptly and efficiently to our valued guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure accurate delivery of food items and address any customer requests or concerns promptly.
  • Inspect each order to ensure accuracy and presentation standards are met before delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar position and/or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
