Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated attorney with a passion for pursuing justice in asbestos-related cases. The ideal candidate will have experience in civil litigation, personal injury, and wrongful death cases, with a strong track record of securing multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in asbestos and mesothelioma cases
  • Conduct research and gather evidence to support cases
  • Take depositions and participate in trial
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of civil litigation experience
  • Experience with personal injury or wrongful death cases
  • CA Bar license
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
