Overview:

MXR Imaging, Inc. is a leading provider of medical imaging solutions, with a nationwide presence and a commitment to delivering high-quality equipment and services to our customers. We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Field Engineer to join our team in Sacramento, CA.

Job Summary:

The Diagnostic Imaging Field Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of medical imaging equipment, including x-ray machines, CT scanners, MRI machines, and ultrasound devices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and mechanics, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and test new medical imaging equipment, ensuring that it meets manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on medical imaging equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Diagnose and repair complex problems with medical imaging equipment, using advanced troubleshooting techniques and technical knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer requests and concerns, and communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and customer interactions, using standardized software and documentation systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical imaging equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical imaging equipment, including x-ray machines, CT scanners, MRI machines, and ultrasound devices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
