Position: Sanitation Specialist
Location: Spartanburg, SC
Type: Temp-to-Hire

Are you seeking a fulfilling long-term position in a vibrant workplace? We are pleased to present several openings for Sanitation Specialists across various shifts at our advanced bread production facility.

What We Provide:
  • Competitive Compensation: $14/hr with an Attendance Incentive
    • $1/hr for daytime hours
    • $1.75/hr for nighttime hours
  • Flexible Work Schedules:
    • 1st Shift: Monday – Saturday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1 day off weekly)
    • 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM; Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
    • 3rd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Fridays off)
    • All shifts include Saturday work from 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Oversee waste disposal and operate the compactor.
  • Address spills and keep records of cleaning tasks.
  • Assist in cleaning additional areas such as offices, break rooms, and restrooms.
  • Maintain the facility grounds and manage waste areas.
  • Utilize ladders and lifts for higher cleaning tasks as necessary.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience: Previous custodial experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Ability to read and write effectively, follow directions, and perform basic math. Self-motivation and independence are crucial.
