Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dish Washer to join our team at Pizza Inn - Clairday Foods, Inc. for nights and weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Maintain the dish machine, ensuring it operates correctly and reporting any defects to management.
  • Remove trash from the kitchen and dispose of it properly.
  • Keep the dish area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist in the kitchen and other areas of the restaurant as needed.
  • Complete opening and closing checklists, ensuring a smooth operation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Must be organized, flexible, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

Physical Demands

The successful candidate must be able to bend, stoop, lift, and carry dish racks weighing up to 40 pounds regularly. They must also be able to stand for long periods and move around the kitchen.
