In this leadership role, you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Red Team Operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality security evaluations aligned with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager, you will:

  • Formulate and execute the Red Team strategy, roadmap, and budget, ensuring alignment with the Global Security organization and overarching company goals.
  • Design collaborative testing scenarios with key stakeholders (Blue and Purple teams) to enhance overall security posture.
  • Conduct simulations of real-world attacks to uncover vulnerabilities and assess potential attack vectors.
  • Oversee all phases of scoping, planning, execution, and reporting for Red Team and Purple Team engagements, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.
  • Analyze test results comprehensively and supervise the reporting process, detailing findings, exploitation methods, risks, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Information Security Risk Management team regarding findings and risk assessment protocols.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on attack and penetration testing initiatives.
  • Drive offensive security efforts by measuring performance quality, setting team goals, and managing resources effectively.
  • Ensure the delivery of impactful engagements that meet or exceed company expectations while adhering to industry standards.
  • Manage team dynamics, including recruitment, performance evaluations, career development, and employee retention.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with internal and external partners, including senior management and engineering teams.
  • Communicate complex technical security concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
  • Lead diverse penetration testing projects encompassing network, cloud, wireless, web application, and infrastructure testing.

Qualifications for Success

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the cybersecurity field, with at least 5 years in leadership roles managing cybersecurity or offensive security teams.
  • Extensive knowledge and practical experience in offensive security domains, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, exploit development, malware analysis, reverse engineering, and threat intelligence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to inspire and mentor a diverse team.
  • Exceptional customer service, project management, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • A demonstrated history of developing and executing successful strategic roadmaps and budgets that contribute to risk reduction.
  • Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, GPEN, GXPN, or equivalent are highly desirable.
