About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABA Senior Therapist to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing treatment plans, training, and opportunities in various settings to advance the goals prioritized by families and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with families and BCBAs to implement treatment plans and training opportunities
  • Collaborate with Behavior Technicians on cases that follow the supervision model
  • Coordinate and provide ABA services to exceed the expectations of families, while contributing to the mission and common purpose of the company
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans and training opportunities
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Enrollment/Acceptance in an accredited BCBA program (12+ credits completed) required
  • 1+ years of ABA experience
  • Valid Driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Sound technical and computer skills and reliable internet access
  • Ability to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and assume and maintain various postures for extended periods of time
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
