Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for promoting the health, wellness, and illness prevention of our residents through daily nursing and personal care endeavors. This role will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse and handle a diverse range of tasks, including administering treatment or medications, performing clinical procedures, and documenting patient data.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the care and safety of all residents in the nursing unit
  • Administer and document medications, treatments, and other nursing services
  • Maintain accurate records of patient conditions and treatment plans
  • Communicate effectively with the nursing team and medical providers
  • Assist in the orientation of new staff members
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • New York State LPN licensure
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and PCC e-MAR experience preferred
  • Physical endurance for frequent activity and ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
