Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in home care or nursing is preferred.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of senior care principles and practices is essential.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Ability to clean and maintain a safe living environment for clients.
  • Dementia Care: Familiarity with dementia care techniques is a plus.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong caregiving skills with a focus on patient care and resident rights.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassion and Empathy: Compassionate and empathetic nature is essential.
Work Arrangements
  • Shifts: 10 hour shift, 12 hour shift, 4 hour shift, 8 hour shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Monday to Friday, Morning shift, Night shift, Overnight shift, Weekends as needed.
  • Location: In person.
