About the Role

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a highly skilled Project Cost Analyst to join our team in the New Albany, OH area. As a key member of our organization, you will work closely with our clients to provide expert cost analysis and estimation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Estimation and Analysis: Aid estimating staff members in evaluating and understanding actual costs measured against estimated costs within the Project Lifecycle Management Process.
  • Project Revision Processes: Collaborate with Project Management (PM) and other vested parties to facilitate, lead, and perform project revision processes, including the development of estimate vs EAC cost driver summaries and revised estimates.
  • Efficiency Improvements: Assist with increasing efficiencies within project cost evaluations and data management.
  • Business Acumen: Develop and demonstrate an economic and business acumen with an understanding of engineering & design, procurement, contracting, estimating, project management, construction, and startup procedures and processes.
  • Strategic Thinking: Develop and demonstrate strategic thinking, planning, risk assessment, and prioritization of project activities skills.
  • Contingency Planning: Comprehend contingency applications (risk-based & percentage-based) and understand how field conditions impact contingencies.
  • Reporting and Training: Utilize reporting mechanisms within Company systems and train and learn to use estimating application(s) within the department.
  • Interface and Collaboration: Interface with various departments within Company (Financial Controls/Business Operations/Engineering/Project Management/Construction Management/etc.) and develop conflict management skills to resolve disputes and maximize synergies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, Project Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Two years of qualified experience; minimum of 5 years of qualified experience to be considered at the Senior Level.
