Job Summary

Sovah Health is seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight for our Danville and Martinsville campuses. This individual will be responsible for planning and forecasting to support decision-making at the local site, executing the financial strategy for day-to-day site functions, and supervising local Finance employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to support business objectives
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
  • Supervise and develop local Finance employees to ensure effective financial operations
  • Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve financial performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in Accounting and/or financial analysis
  • 2 years of supervisory/leadership experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
