Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of Intrusion Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Network infrastructure, PA Systems, Fire Alarm, and other PC-based Systems.
  • Execute installation and verification tasks on security-related equipment for extensive projects.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints, diagrams, schematics, submittals, and specifications.
  • Prepare reports for client submission and perform system acceptance evaluations.
  • Stay informed about various product lines and technological advancements.
  • Engage with clients to evaluate risks and security needs.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient understanding of equipment application, compatibility, mounting techniques, programming, and testing.
  • Completion of an Electronic Technician program or equivalent experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Preferred experience in IT standards and network topology.
  • Familiarity with analog, hybrid, and IP CCTV systems, access control systems, intercom systems, wireless intrusion systems, and fire alarm systems.
  • Knowledge of local and national codes for inspection and testing purposes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
