POSITION SUMMARY

The successful candidate will oversee survey teams, manage legal land descriptions, topographical assessments, construction layouts, and various survey operations. This role includes supervising personnel and ensuring adherence to professional standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish organizational policies.
  • Develop and manage budgets.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and environmental specialists.
  • Lead survey teams and oversee project execution.
  • Create legal land descriptions.
  • Provide expert testimony in legal proceedings.
  • Stay updated on advancements in technology.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES

Direct a team of professionals in Field Services and Surveying. Responsibilities include recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong communication, mathematical, and analytical skills are essential. A P.L.S. or P.S.M. certification in Florida is mandatory.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The role involves various physical activities, including manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Specific vision capabilities are required.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Exposure to outdoor weather conditions may occur. The typical noise level is moderate.
