Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Expert with a specialization in Workday to join our team at Omni Inclusive.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of payroll processing, configuration, and analytics within Workday. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience working with Workday payroll modules, particularly in US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Payroll Processing: Manage the entire payroll processing lifecycle in Workday, including data input, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Configuration and Maintenance: Configure and maintain payroll-related configurations in Workday, such as earnings, deductions, tax setups, and pay groups.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain payroll reports and analytics to provide insights into payroll data and trends.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on payroll processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Audit and Compliance: Assist with payroll-related audits and inquiries, including responding to external auditors and regulatory agencies.
  • Workday Release Updates: Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes on client configurations.
  • Business Collaboration: Collaborate with Business teams for requirements, design reviews, and presentation, and finalizing configuration for business process enhancements, Custom Reports, and Dashboards.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience working with Workday payroll modules.
  • Expert knowledge of payroll processing, configuration, and analytics in Workday.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
