  • Implement safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and manage budgets to maintain financial stability and growth.
  • Represent Troon Golf in interactions with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, hospitality, or real estate).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
