Rose Paving LLC is seeking a skilled Asphalt Pave Box Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating various types of equipment to perform asphalt paving and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Pave Box equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality asphalt installation
  • Monitor and control Auger speeds, feed controls, flow gates, and other equipment settings
  • Set passes and determine yields to optimize asphalt usage
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution and meet customer expectations
  • Perform daily inspections to ensure compliance with Rose Paving standards and specifications
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of experience in asphalt paving or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of asphalt installation processes and equipment operation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
