Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Task Assignment and management staff for program administration and deployment processes.
- Communicate and coordinate with individual employees, Senior Management Specialists, PMO, Government (when required), and other groups as needed.
- Manage, track, and account for personnel, medical scheduling, travel arrangements, CRC scheduling, and visa processing.
- Issue LOAs and CACs, process RIPs and TARs, and assist with procurement actions.
- Complete basic administrative duties, data entry, and prioritize work tasks as they apply to internal processes and procedures.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of experience.
- Experience in providing administrative support and coordination to a contract, project, or task(s).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening.
- Ability to meet the government deployment physical requirements, if needed.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Public Trust clearance.
- Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch, and kneel.
- Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
- Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
