Job Description

At Four Oaks Family & Children Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our Qualified Residential Treatment Program (QRTP) team. As a key member of our treatment team, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating the therapeutic needs of our clients.

As a Residential Therapist, you will provide mental health services and partner with case professionals to provide clinical direction, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each client from admission to discharge. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing clinical assessments and treatment plans
  • Providing individual, family, and/or group therapy
  • Utilizing assessments to determine therapeutic or behavioral health needs and making referrals as needed
  • Participating in case consultation groups and attending training sessions to advance your practice

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy. Eligible licenses include LMSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, or tLMFT. Four Oaks will provide supervision towards full advanced licensure.
