Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to students with a wide range of communication disorders and disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with other members of the education team to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and provide support to students.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of North Carolina.
  • Experience working with children in a school setting, with a strong understanding of educational policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and educators.
