Key Responsibilities:
  • Drink Preparation and Service: Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
  • Customer Service: Engage with patrons, take drink orders, and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Bar Maintenance: Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware and utensils, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Stock Management: Monitor and replenish liquor, mixers, and garnishes to ensure a well-stocked bar.
  • Transaction Processing: Process payments, including handling cash and operating a cash register or point-of-sale system.
  • Safety and Security: Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated individuals.
  • Order Taking and Delivery: Greet customers, take food and drink orders, and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
  • Food and Drink Service: Deliver orders to the correct table in a timely manner.
  • Customer Interaction: Address customer needs and concerns, provide menu recommendations, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
  • Bar and Dining Area Maintenance: Keep dining areas clean and organized, including clearing and setting tables.
  • Transaction Processing: Process payments, including handling cash and operating a cash register or point-of-sale system.
  • Communication with Kitchen Staff: Communicate special requests, dietary restrictions, or order modifications to the kitchen.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
  • Flexible schedule preferred.
  • Must either have a liquor license or be able to obtain one online before onboarding is completed.
Compensation:

Hourly wage is negotiable based on experience.
