About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Vi Living. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our licensed care staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide light housekeeping and dining services, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for residents
  • Perform vital signs and weights, and other care-related duties as assigned
  • Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities, and notify staff of any changes in resident condition

Requirements:

  • Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
  • Experience working with geriatric clients, preferably in a long-term care setting
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Current CPR/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications
  • Current First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
  • Basic computer skills or ability to learn
