About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team based out of our Auburn, Maine office. As a member of our Rehabilitation Team, you'll have the opportunity to work with talented professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal outcomes

Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapist License in the State of Maine
  • Graduate of an accredited college-level approved program
  • Current CPR certification required
