Position Summary

We are seeking dynamic, innovative, and enthusiastic Retail Shop Associates to join the Equinox team at our cutting-edge location. This role is ideal for individuals eager to make a meaningful impact within a vibrant and expanding organization.

The Shop Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to all visitors. This role involves following directives from the Shop Manager on business strategies and action plans to maximize productivity while adhering to company policies and procedures. Additionally, the Shop Associate will assist in the timely and accurate execution of operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service:
• Meet assigned monthly sales targets contributing to the overall store goal.
• Provide an unmatched customer experience for all visitors.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all club and shop services, programs, and products.

Operational Excellence:
• Consistently uphold all loss prevention and inventory management policies.
• Ensure understanding of all communication and training materials, assisting the Shop Manager with operational tasks.

Product Presentation:
• Collaborate with the Shop Manager to ensure the shop reflects company brand standards through effective merchandising and marketing.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in sales areas, cash wraps, and stockrooms.

Professional Development:
• Foster effective relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
• Stay informed about developments in other departments to promote teamwork.
• Adhere to and enforce all company policies and procedures, supporting company initiatives.
• Communicate effectively and diplomatically at all levels.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a retail setting.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay Transparency: $16.00 per hour, with opportunities for additional incentives.
