Director of Medical Surgical Leadership

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Medical Surgical to lead our team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional patient care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Medical Surgical department, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes, satisfaction, and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Manage and allocate resources, including staff, budget, and equipment, to optimize departmental performance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to promote our services and reputation.
- Three years of recent RN acute care experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current RN license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas or ability to obtain temporary license prior to hire.
- Must have Texas RN license within 90 days of hire.
