Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Clinic Mental Health professional to join our team in Salem, Massachusetts.

As a Clinic Mental Health professional, you will be responsible for developing and providing group activities that promote mental health and well-being. You will work closely with patients to improve their ability to cope with daily living and inevitable crises. Your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and provide group activities that promote mental health and well-being
- Collect data through observation and daily assignments
- Prepare and provide forums for discussion and activities to improve mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health
- Provide individual and/or group instruction to develop and maintain appropriate ADL skills
- Communicate findings to members of the multi-disciplinary team
- Participate in development, implementation, and evaluation of multi-disciplinary treatment plans of care
- Assess and communicate need for supplies for groups and appropriate sensory intervention for patients
- Assist in staff development of group facilitation skills
Requirements:
- Three or more years of clinical experience associated with mental health is preferred
- Completion of master's degree program in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
- Current Social Work License (LCSW, LICSW) or License in a related field (LMHC, Licensed Psychologist) in the State of MA is preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
