We are seeking a skilled Psychotherapist to join our team at CFG Health Network. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality mental health services to our youth population.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain supportive relationships with youth, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Supervise and participate in daily routines, including meals, school, and chores.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating behavioral and therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide crisis intervention, psychological assessment, and family therapy as needed.
- Document clinical issues and provide ongoing staff training and consultation.
- Licensed and credentialed to practice in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience working with youth and adolescents with complex behavioral and mental health needs.
- Ability to pass a Criminal Record History Clearance and a Child Abuse History Clearance.
- Valid driver's license and ability to participate in trauma-informed care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
