Job Summary:

The ICU Nurse Specialist will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. You will work closely with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.

Requirements:
  • Active RN license in the United States.
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
  • BLS and ACLS certification.
