Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Language Therapist for Children, you will be responsible for providing therapy services to children in a school setting, assessing and diagnosing speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders, and developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all ages
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs
  • Provide therapy sessions to improve clients' speech and language skills
  • Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to develop comprehensive care plans
  • Provide guidance and support to clients' families and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client's progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
  • Knowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Must have or be eligible for a CA State SLP License
