Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify and address any potential health concerns
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the attending physician
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in dialysis or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
