Systems Engineering Consultant

Join Raytheon's Advanced Airborne RF Systems Engineering department in Goleta, California, as a Systems Engineer II supporting our Electronic Warfare Systems product line.
Key Responsibilities:- Decide how to capture requirements in specific documents such as specifications and interface control documents.
- Trace the flow of requirements between different parts of the program to ensure that all areas have the complete information appropriate to their activity.
- Selected candidate will be required to obtain and maintain special access program (SAP) clearance.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 2 years of prior systems engineering experience.
- Experience with systems design and requirements engineering on EW/Radar programs.
- Experience with security requirements related to government testing.
- Active DoD Top Secret clearance with investigation within five years.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
