Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and vehicles to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
  • Maintain and repair cleaning equipment, mowers, tractors, and snow equipment.
  • Ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition and properly stored.
  • Inspect and report on equipment and facility conditions to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in general maintenance and repair work.
  • Trade license a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to work independently.
