We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Stationary Engineer Apprenticeship candidate to join our team at Mondelez Global LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of high-speed processing and packaging equipment, facilities, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot, analyze root causes, and perform repairs and preventative maintenance on production equipment, including high-speed processing and packaging lines.
- Facilities Management: Ensure the efficient operation of facilities, including utilities, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with engineers, subject matter experts, and other team members to identify, define, and solve problems.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and productivity.
- Documentation and Reporting: Accurately document and report work activities, including maintenance schedules and equipment performance.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year of classes at the IUOE Local Union.
- Certifications: Universal Refrigeration License.
- Physical Demands: Ability to climb steps, lift 50 pounds, and work in extreme temperatures.
- Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of manufacturing experience, knowledge of high-speed packaging lines and production equipment, and experience with SAP-PM.
