Job Summary

Kemper Development Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our properties and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate computer terminals and other communication equipment to monitor and respond to security incidents
  • Provide emergency response and support to guests and staff
  • Assist with security investigations and incident reporting
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure seamless communication and response
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of clerical or customer service experience
  • Proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
