We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Trusted Resource Associates (TRA). As a Telemetry Nurse, you will deliver high-quality patient care while leading and supervising clinical staff.

About the Role

This 13-week contract position offers 36 hours of work per week, with 12-hour shifts in a day setting. You will collaborate closely with the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to ensure effective resource management and clinical staff competency.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year of recent experience in a Telemetry specialty within an Acute Care hospital setting. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care on a per-shift basis
  • Lead and supervise clinical staff to ensure effective teamwork and communication
  • Collaborate with the facility's CNO to ensure clinical staff competency and effective resource management

In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive safe and effective care, as well as maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant authorities.
