The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to residents in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role requires a strong commitment to providing individualized care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
