Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Joint Commission and other auditing agency regulations.
  • Participate in the interdisciplinary team, providing information and utilizing received information to ensure positive patient outcomes.
  • Accurately interpret medication orders, compound, and dispense medication preparations in accordance with legal and professional standards of pharmacy practice.

We are an acute rehabilitation hospital setting, treating patients with a wide variety of diagnoses, including stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and more. 80% of our patients are discharged directly home.

Evidence-Based Practice

We utilize evidence-based practice guidelines to treat our patients, continually analyzing and improving our treatment interventions and programs. We participate in a national outcomes database, providing benchmarks and outcome reports to assess and improve our patient outcomes.Professional Development

Helping you become a better pharmacist is critical to our success. You will be paired with mentors, attend in-house and external educational programs, and be part of a treatment team with full-time therapists, nurses, social workers, pharmacists, and medical staff.
